WE KNOW THAT EACH HOME WE PAINT IS UNIQUE, but With our experience, we have created our own process to provide our clients with the best results.

All furniture and items in each room are carefully moved and covered in plastic.

We then use LED lights to find imperfections in the walls + ceilings. These imperfections are lightly spackled. Once dry they are sanded accordingly.

1 coat of Premium Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams Ceiling paint is applied.

Each wall is inspected after the first and second coats to find any imperfections that need to be fixed. Once perfect, Second coats are applied

TRIM IS SANDED WITH 220 GRIT SANDPAPER THEN VACUUMED AND TACK RAGGED.

TRIM RECEIVES 1 COAT OF AN ALKYD PRIMER UNDERCOAT FOLLOWED BY 1 TOPCOAT OF CORONADO SUPER KOTE 5000.

FINISHED WORK IS COVERED ACCORDINGLY, FLOORS, STONEWORK, TILE, ETC., ARE PROTECTED VIA DROP CLOTHES AND SYNTHETIC ROOF UNDERLAYMENT. OTHER FURNITURE, RAILINGS, CABINETRY ARE COVERED WITH PLASTIC PROTECTION. CARPETS ARE PROTECTED USING CARPET SHIELD OR SOMETHING SIMILAR.

DAILY CLEAN-UP AND REMOVAL OF DEBRIS. BEFORE DEPARTING, THE AREAS WORKED IN ARE VACUUMED, SWEPT, WIPED CLEAN AND LEFT BETTER THAN THEY WERE FOUND.
